Yoga:
A Sunset Flow, Two Morning Meditations and Practices, an Afternoon Workshop/Practice, and a Sunset Meditation Chant.
Food:
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided as part of your stay. We have worked to develop a healthy menu during your weekend, which is the perfect compliment to a daily Yoga practice.

Payment can be made in full or split into more payments, with the final payment no later than August 1st.
All payments are non-refundable, and no refund will be made for failure to attend or complete the retreat.
Transfers, however, are permitted (provided there is enough time for the paperwork at the border), and we will do our best to help you fill your spot.
Logistics:
Six Senses Zighy Bay is located on the northern Musandam Peninsula in the Sultanate of Oman. It is easiest reached by car. The closest international airport is Dubai (1.5hrs).
The resort will organise all necessary paperwork for the border crossing.
Closer to the retreat I will link those who wish to car pool together from Dubai.
