A 3-Month Yoga Teacher Mentorship

This intimate mentorship is designed for teachers who want personalised support, honest feedback, and a grounded space to grow—authentically.

I feel very fortunate that I started teaching in 2008 when Yoga, although popular, was not on the scale it is now, particularly not in Dubai. I also started teaching after my first training in an ashram in India, where I had a plethora of senior teachers to assist and whose guidance in those first few years was invaluable in developing my teaching, my practice, and, of course, my confidence.

I created a mentoring program as a clear and purposeful way for you as a teacher to fill your cup and walk away feeling more confident and more equipped to share your love of Yoga. Whether you’re a new teacher needing guidance or a seasoned one seeking inspiration, this program provides you with the nourishing support needed in both your personal practice and your teaching.

Course Outline:

A mix of individual and group sessions aimed at providing practical instruction to be applied within a yoga teaching environment.

What's Included:

• 1x Private 1-Hour Practice Session

  Customised to your needs—explore postures, adjustments, sequencing, or receive a guided flow. This is your time to ask, refine, and embody.

• 2x Private 1-Hour Guidance Sessions

  Held online or in person. We’ll get clear on your goals, unpack challenges, and map out your growth path. Think of it as your own personal strategy sessions—nurturing both your teaching and your confidence.

• Up to 4x Classroom Assists or Observations

  Join me in class to observe or assist. If assisting, you’ll arrive 30 minutes early to align on adjustments and approach.

• 1x Group Workshop: Authenticity in a Commodified World
  
  Explore:
  - Common teaching pitfalls
  - Staying rooted in your values
  - Navigating the realities of the yoga industry
  
  Held one Saturday afternoon (2 hours). Date and location shared in Week 1.

• 1x 1-hour live Zoom session offering valuable insights into Marketing and running a Wellbeing Business

• 1x Group Social (Breakfast Meetup)

  A casual space to connect, share, and build community with your fellow mentees.

• Ongoing WhatsApp Access
