I created a mentoring program as a clear and purposeful way for you as teacher to fill your cup and walk away feeling more confident, and more equipped to share your love of Yoga. Whether you’re a new teacher needing guidance or a seasoned one seeking inspiration this program provides you with the nourishing support needed in both your personal practice and in your teaching.

Course Outline:

A mix of individual and group sessions aimed at providing practical instruction to be applied within a yoga teaching environment.

What's Included:

1x private 1hr practice.
This can be used however you'd like. As a physical practice for yourself in an area you'd like more guidance on, to run through assists you're unsure of or even as a private flow class.

1x private 1hr guidance session.
This can be done in person or online. I'll ask you to answer some questions beforehand and then we'll spend the session both acknowledging where you feel you need help and creating a clear plan for your teaching.

2x optional classroom observations. You'll be able to simply observe my online classes or in person depending on schedule/location with time after for questions.

2x 2hr group workshops.
These will cover sequencing (theme and posture based), as well as looking at difficult adjustments and general classroom management.

Individual WhatsApp access that is ongoing. You’ll be able to send me sequences you’re working on, and ask questions etc for as long as you need.

There is also be a group chat that you will be added to that will expand and grow with each sign up. This is great way to foster community, network and bounce ideas of your fellow teachers!

It is up to you to book in your private session slots with me. You can spread these out as you like with a Max of 6 months from date of payment.
