After 10 retreats at Zighy Bay I am thrilled to be returning to this magical haven to host number 11, ‘The Goddess Within’, a women’s only weekend aimed at exploring the divine feminine. Nestled in Six Senses Zighy Bay, Oman, "The Goddess Within" offers women a weekend of rejuvenation amidst the ancient wisdom of the goddesses.
Surrounded by Omani beauty, participants delve into the essence of their own innate feminine wisdom.
Through exclusive sessions that nurture mind, body, and spirit, each woman is invited on a scared journey to delve into the mythic realms of the goddess, and draw inspiration from stories of strength, wisdom, transformation, and protection.
Amidst luxury, the retreat becomes a transformative journey, inviting every woman to embrace her innate strength and beauty and awaken ‘The Goddess Within’.
Yoga:
A Sunset Flow, Two Morning Meditations and Practices, an Afternoon Workshop/Practice, and a Sunset Meditation Chant.
Food:
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided as part of your stay. We have worked to develop a healthy menu during your weekend, which is the perfect compliment to a daily Yoga practice.

Payment can be made in full, or in two payments, with the final payment no later than August 1st.
All payments are non refundable and no refund will be made for failure to attend or complete the retreat.
Transfers however are permitted (provided there is enough time for the paperwork at the border), and we will do our best to help you fill your spot.
Logistics:
Six Senses Zighy Bay is located on the northern Musandam Peninsula in the Sultanate of Oman. It is easiest reached by car. The closest international airport is Dubai (1.5hrs).
The resort will organise all necessary paperwork for the border crossing.
Closer to the retreat I will link those who wish to car pool together from Dubai.
