Run & Yoga Retreat, Hatta Fort Hotel, U.A.E


This weekend retreat is a perfect opportunity to find balance. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Hajar mountains, Hatta Fort Hotel offers picturesque views and an opportunity to be surrounded by nature. A complimentary mix of challenging yet fun trail runs led by Tala from Run Wild Run Free, and stretchy Yoga sessions run by Laura from Laura Farrier Yoga will leave guests feeling re-vived and re-laxed. Healthy food served throughout. No complete beginners. 

Run:

3 Trail run sessions and an optional PT session led by Tala

Yoga:

Two Morning Meditations and Practices, an Afternoon Practice, and a sunset meditation led by Laura. 

Food:

Breakfast, and Dinner will be provided as part of your stay. We have worked to develop a healthy menu during your weekend, which is the perfect compliment to a daily Run & Yoga practice.
